Mr. Frederic Cann is an independent lawyer with expertise in construction and immigration issues, practicing in Oregon and Washington. Since 1978, he has represented owners, general contractors, trade contractors, suppliers, sureties, design professionals, and tradesmen large and small. In his 34-year career, he has represented clients for a wide range of construction issues, including litigation, liens, claims, delays, defects, drafting, negotiation, public, private, court and jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals.
